This idea, that our health and community are deeply tied to each other, is core to Harmony Health Network’s identity and how we have built our team. From our inception, our mission has been to connect the dots, making sure that access is achievable. In today’s world of doctors, therapists, hospitals, and insurance companies, knowing where to go and who to ask is complicated and scary. That is why we chose to start in the home. We all feel our safest and most comfortable at home, not the hospital. Our homes are closest to our community, and community is where access and connection begin.
Harmony Health Network’s team is made to do more than deliver healthcare; our team has been built to realize access and create connection. We aren’t just health care practitioners. We are a care-team trying to connect with people and their communities in order to build health from the inside out, and that all starts with community.
