Your first step is simple: give us a call. During this conversation, we’ll gather your information and provide a comprehensive breakdown of your insurance coverage, including any copays or out-of-pocket costs. You’ll also receive a detailed plan for your post-op recovery, aligned with your surgeon’s protocol, so you know exactly what to expect.

Before your procedure, a Harmony clinician will meet with you (in-home or virtually) to educate you on the recovery process, assess your environment, and prepare you for what’s ahead. We’ll answer your questions, make safety recommendations, and ensure your home is ready for a smooth return after surgery.

As soon as you're ready post-surgery, we’ll coordinate your in-home care. Based on the plan built with your physician, we’ll schedule your personalized PT and OT sessions. You’ll know who’s coming, when they’re coming, and what they’ll be working on, with no gaps in support.

This is where the magic happens. Our licensed therapists will come to you and provide hands-on rehabilitation, education, and support right in your home. Each visit is aligned with your doctor’s protocol, helping you gain strength, confidence, and mobility at a pace that’s right for you.
